1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

By accessing our website, creating an account, joining any official community, opening a support ticket, or purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1.2

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services and refrain from making any purchases.

1.3

Bandit Accounts reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Updated versions will be published through our official platforms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

1.4

These Terms apply internationally. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations before any legal action is pursued.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2.2

If you purchase on behalf of a minor, you accept full responsibility for compliance with these Terms.

2.3

Bandit Accounts reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any User who provides false information regarding age or eligibility.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

3.1

Bandit Accounts provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Gaming accounts
  • Software subscriptions
  • Digital licenses
  • Lifetime licenses
  • Keys and activations
  • In-game services
  • Digital goods
  • Third-party products offered through our platform

3.2

Certain Products may be owned, maintained, or developed by third-party providers. In such cases, Bandit Accounts acts solely as a reseller, distributor, or access provider.

3.3

Bandit Accounts does not claim ownership of third-party Products unless explicitly stated.

3.4

Product functionality, availability, update schedules, and future development are subject to change at the discretion of the original developer where applicable.

3.5

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring their use of any Product complies with applicable laws, platform policies, game publisher rules, and third-party terms of service.

3.6

All Products are provided in digital form. No physical items are shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. LICENSES, SUBSCRIPTIONS & ACCOUNT PRODUCTS

4.1

Available license durations may include:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Lifetime

Availability varies by Product.

4.2

All licenses are issued on a per-product basis and do not automatically grant access to future versions, successor products, or replacement products unless explicitly stated.

4.3

A Lifetime license grants access to the purchased Product for as long as that Product remains actively offered and supported by Bandit Accounts.

4.4

Lifetime licenses do not guarantee perpetual access to future versions, successor products, or replacement software.

4.5

Bandit Accounts may, at its sole discretion, offer migration paths, discounts, replacements, credits, or upgrade opportunities to existing users when products are replaced or upgraded.

4.6

Gaming accounts sold through Bandit Accounts are transferred to the purchaser upon successful delivery. It is the purchaser's responsibility to secure the account immediately after receiving access.

4.7

Failure to change credentials, recovery information, linked emails, or other security settings may void support eligibility relating to account security.

5. PAYMENTS

5.1

Bandit Accounts may accept:

  • Cryptocurrency
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Third-party payment processors
  • Manual payments approved by staff
  • Any other payment method displayed during checkout

5.2

Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is final.

5.3

Cryptocurrency transactions are considered final once confirmed on the blockchain.

5.4

Users are responsible for ensuring payment accuracy, including wallet addresses, voucher values, and payment references.

5.5

Licenses, keys, accounts, or products will not be delivered until payment has been successfully verified.

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are generally considered final.

6.2

Refund requests may only be considered when a Product demonstrably fails to function as described and the User reports the issue within 24 hours of purchase.

6.3

To remain eligible for review, Users must cooperate fully with support staff and provide any information reasonably required to investigate the issue.

6.4

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of product knowledge
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Failure to follow provided instructions
  • Unsupported hardware or software
  • User negligence
  • Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions
  • Third-party policy violations
  • Product misuse
  • Failure to secure purchased accounts
  • Product discontinuation
  • User-side configuration issues

6.5

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

6.6

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter through support may result in permanent account termination, revocation of all licenses, cancellation of future services, and submission of transaction evidence to the payment provider.

7. UPDATES, MAINTENANCE & DOWNTIME

7.1

Bandit Accounts may release updates, maintenance patches, compatibility fixes, or improvements at any time.

7.2

Time-limited subscriptions may be eligible for compensation when a Product becomes unavailable due to circumstances directly within Bandit Accounts' control.

7.3

Compensation may be provided in the form of subscription extensions, replacement time, store credit, or alternative solutions determined by Bandit Accounts.

7.4

Compensation will not be provided for downtime resulting from:

  • Game updates
  • Platform updates
  • Anti-cheat changes
  • Third-party infrastructure failures
  • Internet service disruptions
  • Force majeure events

7.5

For third-party Products, update timelines are determined exclusively by the original developer.

8. PRODUCT DISCONTINUATION

8.1

Bandit Accounts reserves the right to discontinue, replace, suspend, or remove any Product at any time.

8.2

Discontinuation may occur due to legal, technical, operational, business, security, or developer-related reasons.

8.3

Product discontinuation does not automatically entitle Users to refunds, replacements, or compensation.

8.4

Bandit Accounts may offer migration programs, replacement products, discounts, credits, or upgrade opportunities at its sole discretion.

8.5

Any migration offer may be limited in duration and failure to claim such offers within the specified period may result in forfeiture.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

9.1

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • Securing purchased gaming accounts
  • Following official announcements
  • Maintaining compatible systems
  • Keeping contact information accurate

9.2

Users acknowledge that Bandit Accounts is not obligated to individually notify every customer regarding updates, product changes, migrations, or policy revisions.

9.3

Official website announcements, Discord announcements, support notices, and email communications constitute sufficient notice.

10. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK & COMMUNITY CONDUCT

10.1

Bandit Accounts welcomes honest feedback and reviews.

10.2

Customers may post positive, neutral, or negative reviews based on their genuine experience.

10.3

Bandit Accounts will not retaliate against Users solely for leaving legitimate negative feedback.

10.4

False, fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory statements intended to damage the reputation of Bandit Accounts may result in account restrictions and legal action where applicable.

10.5

Using the threat of reviews, disputes, or public accusations as leverage to obtain refunds or benefits outside normal support procedures constitutes bad-faith conduct.

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

11.1

Users may not:

  • Use stolen payment methods
  • Commit fraud
  • Share or resell license keys without authorization
  • Reverse engineer Products where prohibited
  • Circumvent licensing systems
  • Abuse support services
  • Harass staff members
  • Distribute malware
  • Exploit website vulnerabilities
  • Impersonate Bandit Accounts representatives

11.2

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bandit Accounts' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Product involved in the dispute during the preceding 30 days.

12.2

Bandit Accounts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12.3

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Account bans
  • Service interruptions
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Third-party enforcement actions

12.4

For third-party Products, Bandit Accounts' responsibility is limited solely to its role as reseller or distributor.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

13.1

All Products and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

13.2

Bandit Accounts makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted functionality, continuous compatibility, future availability, or freedom from errors.

13.3

Users assume all risks associated with the purchase and use of digital Products.

13.4

Bandit Accounts does not guarantee immunity from platform actions, account restrictions, anti-cheat detections, policy changes, or other third-party enforcement decisions.

14. SUPPORT & CONTACT

14.1

Support is provided exclusively through official Bandit Accounts channels.

14.2

Direct messages to staff members do not constitute official support unless specifically authorized.

14.3

While we aim to respond promptly, no specific response times are guaranteed.

14.4

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or hostile behavior toward support staff may result in suspension of support privileges and termination of services.

15. NFA ACCOUNT TERMS

By purchasing an NFA (Not Full Access) account, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

15.1 Limited Warranty

All NFA accounts include a 24-hour warranty from the time of delivery. Any issues must be reported within the warranty period to be eligible for support or replacement.

15.2 Nature of NFA Accounts

NFA accounts are not considered full-access accounts. Due to the nature of NFA accounts, they may be linked, connected, or secured to another account, device, email, or recovery method beyond the buyer's control.

15.3 Locked or Inaccessible Accounts

If an NFA account becomes locked or inaccessible within the 24-hour warranty period, the customer must contact support immediately. To receive assistance, open a support ticket through our Discord server or use the live chat available on our website.

15.4 Replacements

After verification of the issue, we will provide a replacement account of equal value whenever possible. Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided solely at our discretion.

15.5 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following any account instructions provided after purchase. Sharing account credentials with third parties may void warranty coverage.

15.6 Warranty Expiration

Once the 24-hour warranty period has expired, the account is considered accepted and no further replacements, refunds, or support are guaranteed.

By purchasing and using an NFA account, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
